Key Rules
Sprints: Athletes must stay in their assigned lanes throughout the race.
False Starts: One false start in a race typically results in immediate disqualification.
Relays: The baton must be passed within the designated 20m exchange zone.
Field Events: Athletes are usually given 3 to 6 attempts to record their best mark.
Training Schedule
Mon-Wed: 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Sprints & Hurdles)
Tue-Thu: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Distance & Endurance)
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Field Events & Relays)
