Key Rules
Re-rack Weights: Always return dumbbells and plates to their racks after use.
Hygiene: Wipe down benches and equipment with provided sanitizer after every use.
Footwear: Proper closed-toe athletic shoes must be worn at all times. No sandals or boots.
Sharing: Allow others to "work in" on equipment during rest periods between sets.
